DIRECTOR DESK

I am a Chef with more than 18 years of experience in 7star and 5star hotel industry. I have worked in 4 countries including my home country, and I learned throughout my career the difficult task that is to manage people from different countries and culture. I also have been trained from many European successful chefs, gaining as much knowledge as possible, focusing in flavors, textures, colours, and presentation. Also not forgetting the personal hygiene and the food safety that is essential and lately becoming part of our job to deliver a safe tasteful meal to our guest. But the most important thing that I have learned is the quality and consistency in order to create and develop a successful business.

Now a days in hotel industry passing through a rough time is vital to focus on the expenses, supplies, labour cost, food cost. I am a strong leader with a team player philosophy that can help you to achieve and most important to exceed all these challenge through hard work, discipline and love for my profession.

Now-a-days hospitality industry is in a booming status, but due to the lack of right leaders to motivate the students with proper International standards, I have established an hospitality Institute with International experienced faculty to groom our students according to the International standards, so that they can have a successful hospitality career Internationally.

I am proud to say that I have prepared the food and served with my hand for the very familiar personalities, celebrities like President of India APJ Abdul kalam, Vajpayee, Presidents and shaik’s of royal family of UAE, GCC summit, President of USA Mr.George W.Bush and Mr.Bill Clinton and many presidents of different countries, Hollywood Singer Shakeera, All International cricketers , Even I have served for FIFA Italian food ball Cup Team, and I have celebrated different countries National day celebrations like Italy, India, China, French, German and many more..

Infinity Hotel management has been established mainly for the district rural people who are unable to effort huge fees for Hotel Management courses. Here in Nizamabad I have been established so that it would be reachable for every person who wants a bright career. Past 18 years of international hospitality experience worked as a leading chef in world class luxury hotels like JUMEIRAH BURJ AL ARAB, EMIRATES PALACE, RITZ CARLTON, FAIRMOUNT and KEMPINSKI HOTELS. I have given employment placements internationally for more than 1400 students from the several best colleges in India.

Learning is the act of gaining practical knowledge than the theoretical, so here our faculty having more than 10 years of international hotel work experience are giving the best practical knowledge with high standard equipment with international standards to get best practical knowledge for the students and it would be very helpful for them to get placed easily in seven/five star hotels internationally.

We follow the core values laid down by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technical Education for hotel management and catering technology and lay special emphasis on learning our ideology is that learning is an ongoing process and every new day brings in a new learning experience for all our students.
